Rain not honouring cancellation

Cancelled my rain sim and payment end of July 2022 and received confirmation that it was canceled. The August payment of R479 was debited from my account with the excuse I gave notice too late in July. I confirmed that the Rain Service has been cancelled and was assured that it was. I confirmed this on support ticket #***. 26 September Rain debited my account again for R479.

I want my money back and my.Rain service canceled as it dit not provide the speed promised.
