RAIN - Not helping customers

The internet itself is no issue for me.

The service however is horrible, i have setuo my acount to pay the 25th every month, payments go through on the 1st when i try calling support to fix this the phone rings for hours straight to the point i jave no airtime left to call for support and still none has gotten back to me.

Aditionally when i first wanted to apply for rain the consultant helping me wsnted to charge me a full month on the 27th of sept to probably pocket
