RAIN NOT FOLLOWING UP ON ITS PROMISE

I took rain out waited 10 days for it to arrive. The system did not work for me. so I said "I want to cancel," They said "no problem they will send ram to collect." they collected with in two day. Rain Said "once I return the unit I will get my refund." I have email over and over with no reply.
