Rain not delivering what they promise.

I would not advise anybody to business with Rain. The download speed varies, and sometimes there is no Internet, or the Motherbuffer thingy comes up. I've moved my 5G router around so many times, and restarted it. Upload speed sucks especially when sending emails with attachments. I'm very disappointed with their services. You basically pay for nothing. I never had this problem with Telkom: 28-30 up and 28-30 down. Saw the the Rain ad, and thought WOW! There is no WOW! in their service or Internet at all.
