RAIN NOT DELIVERING

Worst experience ever. I ordered and paid, was supposed to receive delivery on Friday, 28 August. Due to an emergency meeting, I was not at the business premises when it was delivered. I explained to the courier that the required documentation was on site, and that the manager would sign for it. They did not approve and left with the RAIN WiFi. I informed RAIN that I would be available from the Monday on wards, but since then, no communication from the courier regarding the delivery. You can't phone them, because of COVID-19! Emails are answered 48-hours later. I am frustrated as I cannot communicate with them and find out when the delivery is going to take place.
