Rain not cancelling subscriptions!!

I used rain in 2022 i cancelled on time as i did not need it as we got fibre. Now im getting emails from nudebt that i owe rain R2000+??? How is this possible? I canceled my subscription now you want to hand me over this is ridiculous, ive questioned this 5 times via email to nudebt and im not getting any response. Where is the proof i signed a long term contract??? All the so called emails and calls when the only sms i got was rain saying if i activate my subscription again it will only be so and so much. I refuse to pay when i have canceled on time!! And if i get blacklisted i will take things further because how when you cancel do you still rack up an account!! If you messed up its not my problem i will not be threatened for something i did not use and cancelled on time. This is why we dont use rain your service sucks and your dishonest.
