Rain not cancelling my subscription and still debiting
On the 15/12/2020 i logged on into my rain account to cancel the subscription i had with them. Till today it hasn't been cancelled and they still debiting my account. Its not easy for individuals to keep up with payment hence i asked for cancellation 15 days before debit order . You can't call them and its difficult to get hold of them . Its extremely painful that when joining the service is fast , but cancellation is very slow.

13 Jan 2021, 08:0813/01/2021 service has been cancelled by Rain , but there is no feedback or any communication regarding my refund , Rain collected R999 on the 02/01/2020 for the Month of January 2021. With the service been cancelled , an email could at least help from Rain regarding the process they follow after service cancellation and refunds . Rain was so quick to collect their device from my physical address , with in hours after cancellation , but its now more than 5 days with our hearing from them regarding the refund . I'm not sure who to contact .
