Rain not canceling subscriptions
Been sending requests to cancel my subscription but instead they are being ignored and Rain keeps billing me. I'm not even using Rain anymore. How many cancellation requests do I need to submit before you cancel my subscription. Instead they keep sending emails & texts about specials & network will be cut off if I don't pay. Cut it off them & stop billing me.

16 Feb 2024, 10:09Ofcourse there will be 3 outstanding invoices because my cancellation requests are being ignored. It's like you make money by continuously providing access even though they requested cancellation. And if your services are pre-paid why do I have 3 outstanding invoices because if you don't receive payment for the one month by default you must cancel the subscription or stop the service. Don't make your problems ours. Someone in your company did not do their job now we must supper. That's unfair.

16 Feb 2024, 11:49Please don't ignore the question I asked about pre-paid service. I still need an answer to that. How do you keep billing clients that no longer want your service especially if they have previously not paid. Why don't you just stop the service instead of forcing to bill them?
Below are the Reference numbers from Rain. Unfortunately I can't tell which Reference it's for what but if you go on your call logging system under my profile I believe you can see all the different queries I've logged and the description of what the query was about. There are some emails that I even send to *** requesting cancellation because my tickets where not being actions.
