Rain Not Available During Weekends

Rain is not available during weekends, I called the call centre last week with the frustration of my Network being off, with the hope of getting a technician to assist in order to be back online however the voice recording advise they don't operate on Weekends they only operate from Monday to Friday. Its very Sad that in current circumstances of network competition we need to ask/beg networks to operate during Weekends in order to meet their client demands and assist with technical issues. When Is Rain going to open during Weekends to start assisting with client queries/issues.
