Rain not allowing customers to cancel subscriptions

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Rain since February, however Rain has not canceled the subscription which has resulted in the account being in arrears. Communication with Rain via the app does not result in any feedback as the call centre agents don't bother to call as per communication via the app, furthermore their call centre is useless as there are never any available agents.

10/10 would not recommend, stay away from Rain.
