RAIN not allowing a cancellation due to admin incompetence

how many times must I cancel my subscription with Rain? Three times and still they continue to ignore my right to terminate. The story is always the same, an elusive rentuion department will action, which clerarly does not. This is month two!!!!!!! To top it all, Rain agents continue to call and ask for another R1,000 FOR A SERVICE I HAVE NOT USED IN TWO MONTHS. Reference numbers dont help but for what its worth: ***0 and ***6 are the last two I remember. Stay far away from RAIN
