RAIN NOT A ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION AFTER ALL

I signed up with rain which is supposed to be a month to month subscription if I don't pay I dont get data simple as that well thats what I thought however now it keeps attempting to deduct from my account I dont use the sim and have not used it for a while but when I go on there it says oops you have arrears how can there be arrears of R1430 if I dont use it I want them to stop debiting from my account because I am being charged bank charges for this nonsense daily who attempts daily each day every day and I have logged queries with their support team and no one calls me back
