RAIN Not 5G

Very poor signal in Greenstone, barely even 4G, intermittent and dropped signal is a daily issue. Call center seem to have a normal response for the problem, unplug router and carry on. In my opinion, don't waste your time, Rain promises a lot but delivers little.
