Rain nonsensical Non-existant connection

I reported that the 4G sim card and the internet connection were null yesterday.

Today again mo internet connection and the consultant is bold enough to inform me they cannot assist as they have technical problems.

The 4G internet connect is as bad keeps buffering. Rain must decide whether they want to be a service provider or not as we cannot pay alot of money for nonsensical internet connection.
