Rain nonsensical internet connection and customer service

No internet connection for over 2 hours. Called the call center was on hold for over 30 minutes and when they eventually decided to pick up the call got cut. I called again and now the phone lines don't go through. Went to their website and the support page isn't available. Rain must decide whether they want to be a service provider for internet or not. This is really frustrating to endure this on Sunday
