Rain - non existing service and poor administration.

I took out a contract with Rain and cancelled it in the middle of February 2021 due to extremely bad service. I never had internet connection and it was even worse from 18H00 to 12H00 at night. Although the contact was cancelled in middle February already Rain is still doing card purchases from my account. I actuality had to go to the bank to stop my bank account to prevent any further deductions from Rain. I also had a confirmation today from Itumeleng M (rain CeC) that there will be a deduction on 01.04.2021 after 2 confirmations from the call centre that the sim was cancelled and 2 emails from me stating the cancellation. Please anyone thats interested in taking out Rain.......... THEIR SERVICE IS NON EXISTING AND DE***** THE CUSTOMERS ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
