RAIN - NON EXISTENT SUPPORT OR LOYALTY

Ill make this simple so everyone understands.

1: Called in support as network almost permanently slow. Lady gives me answers (very friendly and helpful to a point), The tower is down for repairs can be weeks.

2:"we have outside extenders" Oh awesome I said, please help. Puts me to sales.

3: Rude saleman answers and says they only do new deals. Speak to support

4: back to support. Very rude and very kort af. And will not even try help. Mostly says "I do not know"

So what RAIN is telling there very loyal customers is 1: Deal with the **** network. 2: YOu want our new router that has a outside extender - sorry you must take a new contract. 3: Cannot buy it (Offered) 4: They will not assist you, I even asked why not then I send the old one in and you send me the new one "I do not know".

I mean seriously people. Start giving a **** about your existing customers not give B***S**T excuses and show no interest.

Some people there worked themselves to the bone to get RAIN where it is and ja. I will give this until end of tomorrow for a resolve then I start getting others onto something better as it is just not me complaining , You guys just ignore it.
