Rain non existent service and internet

I just want to know how Rain can continue this **** of theirs.Almost no signal day in and day out.I bought a new router but still the same.I have contacted them numerous times but they can't help!How is it possible that they can sell a product but they can't provide it?I have tried everything but nothing works.If rain is reading this I want you to know I want this fixed ASAP
