Rain non existent customer support
Received my rain unlimited 5G device a week ago and it does not work. No internet connectivity. Have had a ticket logged for 5 days, have phoned in daily. Still not resolved. Still received no support. They have taken my money and delivered nothing. Absolutely useless.
