Rain No Support Service + Slow to NO speed. 1mbps less....
This is the third review I am writing regarding Rain service.
I still have no feedback from my first two complaints - as promised. Also my internet is still less than 1mbps..... I can barely do anything.
I have been debited already for your service and still its little to non-existent. I have to utilise other mobile data just to be able to use the internet. R479 per month is alot of money for me and if I had the choice in getting fibre here I would, which would also be cheaper and faster than your current package. Sadly I dont have that alternative. I will be cancelling my service with you and reactivating my ADSL as it seems its the only better alternative and at least faster than what Rain is at the moment.
Fix your network rain..... its ridiculously slow.

I have been in contact with your agent via messenger. It seems there has been no improvement at all.
I actually want a refund and to cancel my service as I have been complaining for over 3 months if not longer.
There are even 2 Facebook groups made about your terrible network service.
