Rain no support on faulty billing

I placed an order 537131 and did payment, the website said payment declined but then the payment went through on my bank, then the order said awaiting payment, so I said pay again andonce again it said payment declined but then another R699 went through. So I cancelled the order hoping the money will reverse but to no luck. So i created another order and tried with a diff card, same thing payment declined but then they payment went off so Rain is sitting with 3x R699 and still the order says pending payment???? Second order is 538475

Please rain refund me what de hell man?? Refund 2x payments and place the order for 1x and process my order???? My email is *** and cell nr ***

I did try calling them no answer, then i did live chat they said they gave it to billing but not feedback??? Seriously they dont even have a billing number???!!! I need my 2x payments back and the one processed!
