Rain - no support

After my previous review/complaint on Hello Peter, Rain contacted me. I told the person again what was wrong and after everything they just said it needs to be escalated to advance tech or something like that. I even corresponded with Rain via Facebook and send them pics of the router. I canceled my subscription with Rain and the gentleman from Rain said they will credit my account the end of the month. Let's see if that is going to happen as I am still without WiFi now for a week and have to buy data that costs me more than my subscription fees.
