RAIN - No SIM Card Connectivity - Need urgent response and resolution
We signed up with RAIN for the 4G Sim Card deal and it got delivered on Tuesday afternoon. We inserted the SIM Card into the Wi-Fi router that is 4G and 5G compatible - still today (Friday, 20.05.2022) no connectivity.
Every time we call the Call Centre they tell me that they have escalated the matter, because the SIM card is not yet linked to an outside tower.
We have perfect rain weather this weekend for NETFLIX, but without RAIN connectivity.
I need a very urgent response.
