Rain - no signal and no support

I have had no Internet for a week now. When I first called I did a whole bunch of stuff they ask me (Rest router, take Sim out, the "detached" etc) from the normal support desk. This was done every time I called and no help. They then said "network support" had to call me and that it would take 2-24 hours (they do not give out this number). They have not called in a week despite me re-logging the call 3 times. It is unfortunate that I will now have to cancel at the end of this month and switch as I have had perfect signal for over a year now but indefinite signal loss + no support is not acceptable.
