RAIN.... NO SERVICE .. WORST INTERNET PROVIDER

Having Rain and experiencing utmost frustration. Contacting them to ask assistant as every 2 min then signal drop , 4 weeks to date. 1st the change tower, 2nd they said their is a problem with the tower... week later they can not find fault, but tower light flickering technicians will provide feedback to me once it is resolved but will change router week later no feedback. Ask callback .. 11 call bscks requested, oh and weekend's they Have High Call Volumes....and they do not call back. Phoned again, ask why they do not respond to complains on there app , they cannot answer, oh we don't see your complain.... I asked for a managers e mail address to raise my complain and ask assistance to resolve the issue.. oh if you want to complain do it on Helo Peter , we do not have a e mail addres, was the feedback. I wonder if the company close down will it be because management don't know about problems or will it be that no one cares to provide service. Heads up account dept is the only dept functioning...ensuring they take money for no service provided. Will claim 2 months refund for payment done and no service and cancel contract.
