Rain - No Service Provider

I paid these idiots R479 3days ago for their 4G 10mb Uncapped Lte package and I have been battling to activate it ever since.They claim to have a live chat service to assist their clients which conveniently ends up disconnecting you after waiting in a queu for more than a half hour.This has got to be the worst service provider ever.Nobody gets back to you but they take your money.
