Rain No Service Provider!!!

Sorely disappointed after been told i need to get rain.... where do I start.... firstly your rica and activation process is ridiculous! I struggled for 3 hours just to get a picture with my ID right and the let's see if you really a human being part with the camera was the worst!!! And still you say my documents aren't good enough.....frustrated because I do not have what you asking for, so I must inconvenience myself to go to the bank to get a statement.... Secondly why have you billed me for an entire month and you have not provided a service??? And then tell me my next billing date is the 1 July 2020, are you well???? That's not ethical .... Thirdly because of this I would like to deactivate my account with you but u cannot as its not an option which means you will deduct again for a service I am not getting. When I am ready and decide to take rain I will unless you can come up with a plausible solution for all 3 of my complaints
