Rain NO SERVICE PROVIDER

Rain has been the worst experience of my life. Everyday without fail there is no network for hours , the other day there was no connection for 13 hours and they still will bill you cater your complain. They refused for me to cancel and the people that work there are all rude stupid and lack comprehension

So??????? So because I was credited with R349 I should not voice out when you people are providing a horrible service??????? I should in fact not have paid for anything as I have had issues with your stupid network for the whole of this year.
