Rain.... no service provided once they have taken your money.

I have had this rain sim for 1 day (payment upfront) and now suddenly I have no internet. I tried calling but they hang up after I not one ring. There is no email or any other way to contact them. This is a useless company who gained popularity during lockdown when people were in need but no clearly is not interested in providing a good service once they have taken your money.
