Rain - No Service, No Support, All Lies.

Absolutely NO support from Rain. There has been no coverage in my area, and when there is, speed is no more than 400kbps at best. I have tried contacting Rain via their website, Facebook page and Facebook Messenger with no reply so far. (been more than a week of insistently trying) Best of all they no longer have a call in support line, as they say it has been discontinued to protect their staff from Covid-19. (Didn't realise it could be transmitted via telephone. Really?) Quick to promise the world and take your money, but unable to provide even basic support, what still the service they advertise. Hate to say it, but it is sounding and looking more and more like a **** to me with each passing day. Can't believe these guys are still even in business.
