RAIN - NO service!!! NO response!!!

If I could my rating would be zero. I bought the card and got it delivered on 8th June 2020, paid R479-00 and had it activated. Now on the 9th June, I have been trying to RICA this and can do the first two steps but on the face recognition it just will not go on. It does not work! I've been trying for hours on end. Now the payment - my R479 (full month's money) only gives me cover from the 8th June until 30th June, then I have to pay for the next month. I do not get anything for the first week - and I do not know how long it will still take to get the RICA done. 2 emails to Rain later........ they only say that I will be contacted............. when Rain? days are passing, time is running out!!!! You have my payment!!! Give me what I've paid for!
