Rain no service
I have requsted rain to downgrade my package to the lower amount of R559.It was not done.After I complained on hellopeter I received a phonecall and a private message from rain promising me that it will be done.One month later it is still not done.It does not help to phone their customer care as they only escalate the request!This is really very bad service.

01 Aug 2023, 11:43When I phoned rain at 8 this morning I was promused that my problem will be escalated.When I phoned at 11 nothing was escalated! I was then told I cannot downgrade this after I was previously told that is possible.I also received a private message from rain to confirm this after I complained to Hellopeter.Fact is that rain does not assist their paying customers.I will have not choice but to cancel.
