RAIN - NO SERVICE - DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

After numerous requests to cancel my subscription, it is still not canceled, snd they once again deducted myn account. They disconnected my account on 1 November and even collected the router. Now they are taking money for a service I do not have or have not received. This was going on and off for the past year. Trying to sort things out with them is a huge disaster. The same excuses and explanations every time, no feedback received, service is so bad and unacceptable. I would not recommend that anyone use them at all. THEY ARE JUST TROUBLE!!!
