Rain no service

Rain was the best idea and it made sense. i was happy with the service when i signed up. i think in 2020. since early 2022 i have had a nightmare that wont end, every month there is a week or almost two weeks where i don't have service, every time i call to find out i get told a tower is down. i don't understand how is this a real thing that every month without fail a tower in my area goes down.if they had to calculate how many days i don't have service it might even be 2 weeks without service. only when i call i will get service back, i would be in a call and i need to switch to my person data to do my job. i don't think they even looking at fixing this problem, as most of the year it was the same, there is no care for customers, they never give feedback or call you back. the service has gone from good to pathetic.
