Rain No Service and No Customer Service u less they want money

No signal problem. We had the 4G sim card for approximately a week we have requested on the Rain app that the sim card gets canceled as we do not have coverage, we have done the signal test, no one of Rain contacted us "we will be in contact soon" is all we got. A month later still no call or communication or help from Rain customer service. Got a call after again trying to cancel as we refuse to pay for a service not rendered. Now we need to pay again before we cancel. We will not recommend Rain to anybody!
