Rain - no service and absolutely NO customer service

Been phoning them a few times with no positive results. Submitted a few online queries - didnt even got any reply. Struggling extremely to get assistance from them.

Suddenly since 2 weeks ago - internet connection real bad. It connects for 2 seconds...then off...connects 4 seconds...olthen off. Non stop buffering.

Never had an issue. Tested sim in several devices - still same result. I didnt move from location so them insinuating that it is due to my location is bull****. Been living here for 1 year now. Never had this issue till now.

I really would like someone to give my explanation and possible solution to why the connection is so inconsistent. I have work to do from home and kids needs to connect to virtual classrooms. Unable to do due to Rain pathetic service and customer care.
