Rain no service

Hi I have been waiting almost a month now for Them to activate my rain they delivered me 3 simcards an none of them worked, I got to a point where I told them there is something wrong with the rooter then a technician phoned me that also agreed that the rooter is faulty that I need a new one so here I am stil waiting. So I canceled and said I cannot wait this long stil no phone calls nothing to help so I am going to switch to another network I phoned them about nine times to try to get myself activated most disappointing service ever

I received the router now the registration failed when trying to connect so I phoned rain we are back at your logistic team the waiting game is starting again they can't assist me if I phone support why is this?

I did already paid the 529 on January my rain was activated on the 10 of February I had canceled before you helped me so why is there amount of 358 that also went off today and now I don't have wifi

Exactly I had no internet on January I only started at at February the 10th that was the first time I got internet so how can I pay for something I did not received did you read all these messages that's on here because clearly you don't understand I paid too much 529 is sit to accounted for
