RAIN - No Service - 7Days free *****

So i spoke to them on their Facebook, and asked how can I test this to see if it's going to work for me, also send an e-mail to them and got a respond. Both of them told me I get 7 free days where I can test and cancel if i'm not happy. Well i couldn't get any service, so I've emailed them and told them I can't get service and the person told me he is going to cancel immediately. That was within my 7 days free, if I remember correctly, it was on day 3 that I have cancelled, sim was activated on the Friday and I cancelled on the next Monday if i remember correctly. Now I get a call and they told me I still have to pay for activating the sim card. I asked them how to test, and they told me to activate and I will get 7 free days to test and can cancel anytime when I'm not happy. I'm unable to use this service, so why must I pay for this.
