I'm still experiencing bad service from Rain. I don't have access to internet. How am I supposed to do my work? I want a discount on the next month's bill which is tomorrow 01 May 2021. Please don't upsell me to your 5G service. I don't want it

Hi,

I'd like to cancel my rain service with immediate effect. On the website it tells me that payment will be collected on the 1st of June, how is that possible? Please explain how your billing works.
