RAIN no Network / Service
I have been using uncapped 4g Rain for months with excellent service. On the 14th of November 2020 during the evening the network just went missing. Tomorrow it will be a week with no service. I have reported numerous times, spoken to numerous agents which just keep sending me emails with settings for my router and asking whether I am back online yet. There is just no network coverage!!! What is going on???
