Rain-NO NETWORK PERMANENTLY

I have reported my problem about my reception on Hellopeter and the Rain responded, but that was it. On Saturday 30/8/25 I reported my network again and got ***, in the meantime I have lost two online lessons because my network is showing red all the time, I am not able to do my work and Rain just does not care, what can I do as I am in a perdicament.
