Rain - no network connection

I have rain unlimited 19 hours 4G. The stupid thing hasnt been working for the last 4 days. I tried writing emails torain, had numerous chats with them but it seems no one is willing to sort it out. Yet the invoice shows the full amount. What am i paying for if I cant use data and still have to buy data from vodacom because the stupid rain dont work???
