Rain no network

Like always no network coverage, internet slow for the why. Full payment every month this network is a rip-off

And for the 3 days of no network my account will be debited without any consideration that I bought data on another network. This is ***** being charged for something I did not use

The matter is still no resolved. I did everything as indicated, I logged onto my rain account and saw that am connected to a tower that is 5km away while there is a tower that is 1km away from my current location

Day 5 and still the issue is not resolved. And should I cancel am still going yo be billed for the whole month while m not using the services which is unfair

I hv send numerous tickets even called the operators still no help with this issue it's frustrating cause I have to buy data on another network
