RAIN NO NETWORK!!!!

Technical team restored router 4 days ago, yesterday evening no network, call center send information to update my device, did not work, you can't speak to a supervisor, they let you hold the line for 10 min.

I have to wait for another Technical team.

Paying R700 pm and I've had network 40% to date
