Rain no more!
We are now in our third week without internet. All promises made was not met. Still waiting on them to cancel my subscription... Enough is enough!!!

14 Feb 2022, 20:49Dear Rain, I am no interested to hear about the cancelation that should have already taken place. I don't want to hear any more promises that cannot be kept. The next time you contact me I hope that this issue will resolved. Please just do what I have been asking you a week ago to cancel my subscription, something that has been expected of you, since the only service I get from you is a bad service. And on top of that 3 weeks without internet that have not been rectified after countless efforts form our side to restore our internet connection. I am really fed up to hear the same story every time we contact you!!!!
Please resolve this matter so we can get your negativity out of our lives!!
