Rain - NO INTERNET Service provider

Registration and payment was made on the 16/05/2021. The SMS function on the registration process does NOT WORK. Numerous emails and logging of support, including emailing Rica docs have had no activation of the service. Although there was no problems with the payment going through on the 16th, NO SERVICE has yet been activated and a FULL months deduction was taken off the account. Having no warm body to discuss this with leaves a person wondering, if this is pre service delivery, what is the after sales service going to be like if we have problems.
