Rain no internet service
4 days without internet service, calling customer service is useless they don't give any help or explanation on why internet is down called them 6 times without any joy this isn't the first time thus month that this is happened before in the beginning of the month we were without internet for over a week very bad service

29 Apr 2025, 13:51Thank you for the response but it is unacceptable I have to pay for a full month's service but I'm only getting a half months worth of service and all this time I'm without internet not able to do anything because of faulty towers again this seems to be a ongoing issue with Rain
