Rain - no internet, no support

We have the absolute worst experience with Rain. The device was delivered quickly and the setup was easy - our internet speed was great for about a week. And thereafter it has been running at about 4mbs download, where it should be more than 100mbs. I have reached out to them via email, phone, website support & Facebook and all I have received is an email asking if the problem has been resolved. I have asked multiple times for someone to phone me so that the support desk can help resolve the issue - no one has made contact. The marketing is great - the service is shockingly poor.
