Rain No Internet Equals No Service

Rain has become the worst internet service provider in my area and base on comments on their Facebook page, the rest of the country seems to have issues. I have logged over 11 complaints from the website since the lock down started. At first the consultants would contact me back but now they have completely stop. They do not even reply to previous email chains. It is as if they do not care at all about the reason they exist. The speeds in my area are worst than 3g and I am sure this is against advertising laws in this country. The towers close to me do not seem to work. They used be excellent as I am a subscriber for over 1 year 6 months. The time has come to move on. No free money to Rain. They are placing greed over the service they provide which borders on theft.
