Rain "no" Internet
Got my router on monday the 14th, today is wednesday the 16th and Ive had 5 minutes of internet. At first on the website it showed the device is unavailable or something like that, logged many tickets, got called twice with no resloution to my problem. As a new customer, I will NOT recommend rain to anyone

17 Mar 2022, 19:405g orange light came on twice. Went off and nothing.!! Tomorrow is friday, getting anither sim here is gonna take another 2 to 3 days, then the 7day exchange has passed. Im FED UP. All im getting is "our apologies for the inconvenience caused" and "switch off the router, plug it out, plug it back in and press the reset button" and after all of that NO INTERNET. Waiting for 2 days for the network department to call me but that does not happen. Only people calling me is the call centre agents. Whats the point in checking coverage, paying upfront and them sitting without internet fir the first 5 days that I joined.? Waste of time and money. This is worse than Telkom. Please call me so we can arrange the REFUND, and change your name to Rain NoInternet NoService Provider

18 Mar 2022, 18:23Had signal for the day, once again nothing. Since I tried to move it around to get better signal. No nothing, again. Im at my wits end. And its standing in exactly the same spot it has been all day
